Aerotek is hiring immediately for a 2nd shift Assembly Lead. This is an on-the-floor lead position.

Job Description

The Assembly Lead will work in the core assembly area, leading a team of 5-10 individuals to perform assemblies. This role involves tracking production times and ensuring the smooth flow of operations. While not responsible for hiring or firing, the Assembly Lead will collaborate closely with the supervisor and manager to maintain team performance at expected levels.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 5-10 individuals in the core assembly area.

Track production times and maintain operational flow.

Collaborate with supervisors and managers to achieve team expectations.

Essential Skills

3 years of mechanical assembly experience.

3 years of leadership experience.

Ability to pass a math test.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in assembly and mechanical processes.

Strong leadership and supervision capabilities.

Schedule:

1:30 PM to Midnight, Monday through Thursday

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenosha, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
