PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading medical device company to find a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk who's ready to play a vital role in supporting financial operations that ultimately help improve lives. About the Role

As an Accounting Clerk, you will support the Finance and Accounting team by maintaining accurate records, performing essential data entry, and assisting with month-end and reporting activities. Your work will help ensure financial accuracy and compliance, directly supporting business decisions and operational excellence in a highly regulated, quality-focused industry.

What You'll Do Day to Day

Maintain accounting records through accurate filing, copying, and document verification

Perform data entry in the accounting system using Accounts Payable and General Ledger modules

Assist with month-end close activities in a timely manner

Prepare and update schedules using Excel and other tools as needed

Support intercompany account maintenance and agent commission records

Protect confidential financial and company information

Assist with general clerical and recordkeeping tasks for the Accounting team

Apply Quality System standards and applicable U.S. and international regulations

Continuously build job knowledge through learning and development opportunities

Support the Accounting team with additional responsibilities as assigned

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

1-2 years of accounting experience or related coursework, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Working knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Good written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Windows-based tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

Experience using accounting software systems

Pay Details: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
