Job Overview
At TE Connectivity, you'll help bring our purpose to life by creating a safer, sustainable, productive and connected future. Your role as ?an Intern? in the ?Digital Data Networks? Business Unit, will help us make the connections that move the world forward by:
Support the digital marketing team in analyzing user behavior across TE.com properties to identify friction points and opportunities to improve engagement and conversion
Assist in testing and validating experience enhancements-such as UX/UI updates, content adjustments, and interaction design improvements-based on data insights and performance metrics.
Contribute to ongoing optimization initiatives by preparing reports, documenting learnings, and helping execute A/B tests, personalization strategies, and iterative improvements.
Responsibilities
At TE Connectivity, you'll be part of a global collaborative culture where your innovative approach and actions have the potential to transform the world of tomorrow. In this role you'll:
Monitor and analyze website performance using analytics tools to generate insights on user behavior and funnel performance.
Support experience optimization experiments, including building test setups, validating tracking, monitoring results, and summarizing outcomes for stakeholders.
Partner with content, design, and development teams to update digital components, ensure quality assurance, and implement enhancements that improve usability, relevance, and user flow.
You're the kind of person we are looking for if you:
Have earned a high school diploma or GED
-Are currently enrolled in, or pursuing, a ?BA/BS or MA/MS? Degree in ?Communications?, ?Marketing? or ?Related Major? from an accredited college or university-or have equivalent work experience (gap year students may also be considered).
-Preferably have prior internship experience or have completed a major project
-Are authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation
-????Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $19.62 - 40.39 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
-????Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.

Our internship program typically runs from May through August and gives students the opportunity to work on projects that contribute to the success of their team and build on their classroom experience. Throughout the 10-12-week program, interns will be provided with:

Timeline
TE Connectivity recruits on campus between September and March for Internship positions beginning in May. Once you have applied for a position, your resume and application will be reviewed. If you are selected to move to the next step in the application process, you will be contacted by a recruiter. Once you accept an offer, the onboarding process will begin in January for interns who have committed to offers in the fall semester and upon acceptance for interns who have committed to offers in the spring semester.
