The Department of Children, Youth and Family is hiring an Associate Product Management Specialist in the Office of Inspector General! This position exists to design and lead continuous implementation of products in the Salesforce Hub system that allows OIG Investigations teams to use Enrollment and Attendance (E&A) data to flag/identify potential program integrity issues and overpayments. This will be known as a Program Integrity Case Management feature.
The incumbent directs the product strategic vision, roadmap, and budget and oversees the evolution and lifecycle of the product. This role also identifies and creates enhancements to the product's offerings to address the needs of the people we serve in alignment with the DCYF mission and vision, DCYF Equity Policy, and DCYF strategic plan in coordination with the PIO Division Director, the Analytics and Insights Supervisor, and other key stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
Support products developed to manage OIG processes to monitor and investigate cases of possible fraud/waste/abuse of funds in the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) and other publicly funded programs and grants in the jurisdiction of DCYF-OIG.
Build internal capacity around this new way of working, coordinate stakeholder engagement and communication, harmonize with other modernization initiatives and agencywide frameworks at DCYF, and drive change management and training development.
Lead cross-agency efforts on behalf of the Product so new products align with overall Product vision and roadmap for childcare systems modernization. Coordinate all product alignment and integrations, drive Product development decisions based on strategic analytics needs, and identify and champion cross-product integration, synchronization, and alignment to strengthen DCYF-OIG's ability to make data-driven decisions that improve mission outcomes and produce better cross-administration collaboration and program results.
Minimum Qualifications

Three (3) years* of experience supporting the creation and/or implementation of digital products, processes, or systems modernization.
Experience must demonstrate the following:
Identifying new features or improvements that align with customer needs and product/organizational goals.
Understanding and applying user research, user testing, and data analytics to support decisions.
Researching and validating potential enhancements.
*Bachelor's Degree in Product Management, Business Administration or Management, Operations, Information Systems/Technology, Marketing, Computer Science and Engineering, Economics, Design/UX/UI, Psychology/Human Behavior or in related field may substitute for one (1) year of experience.
OR
*Master's degree in Product Management, Business Administration or Management, Operations, Information Systems/Technology, Marketing, Computer Science and Engineering, Economics, Design/UX/UI, Psychology/Human Behavior or in related field may substitute for eighteen (18) months of experience.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a Product Manager
Experience with the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP), early childhood education, regulatory licensing, or program integrity audit and investigation programs.
Familiarity with Salesforce, MEC2, and/or childcare attendance tracking software
Knowledge of product management tools and software (e.g., Agile methodologies, project management tools)
Experience producing clear written and visual materials (e.g., reports, analyses, presentations) that accurately convey complex information in both narrative and non-narrative formats.
Variety of experiences working effectively with others from different backgrounds and cultures.
