High School graduate or equivalent.

Two years post-secondary administrative assistant training (or the equivalent) and computer training.

Three years\' experience in a related field, preferably in an educational setting assisting an administrator.

Knowledge of office management.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Ability to set work priorities, organize work, and give direction.

Possess flexibility and patience.

Can handle multiple task, interruptions, and deadlines.

Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.
