WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS:

As our Sales Associate, you provide critical administrative support to our Sales and Engineering Departments. Throughout the day, you efficiently generate and process job quotes and process purchase orders, which includes opening and closing jobs. You also dedicate time to directly interacting with our customers to perform thorough job quote and sales follow-ups. Additionally, you expertly utilize and monitor our job quote tracking system. Through your meticulous hard work and excellent customer service, you help support the needs of our customers and the growth of the company!

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Overtime may be necessary at times, depending on customer needs.

The minimum requirements to be considered:

High school diploma and 2+ years of sales and administrative experience.

Strong computer skills (with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite).

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Excellent customer service skills.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to effectively multitask and meet deadlines.

Eligibility for U.S. Department of Defense Secret Clearance, including U.S. Citizenship.
