As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will engage with individuals on site, provide outstanding customer service, and support access control. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.

Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or irregularities encountered during patrols.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and employees at the location.

Document all incidents and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal procedures.

Collaborate with law enforcement and/or emergency personnel when required.

Support site-specific access control procedures to help to deter unauthorized entry.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
