As a Security Guard - Industrial Patrol in Flagstaff, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the business interior and perimeter areas.

Monitor for any unusual activity or potential hazards, and promptly report findings according to site protocols.

Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with directions or information related to security-related policies and procedures.

Help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity by maintaining a visible presence throughout the facility.

Support Allied Universal and client management by accurately documenting incidents and daily activities as required.

Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
