The Clerk Front Desk - Imaging Scheduler plays a key role in providing the highest quality of patient care while the patient is in at Union Health. The Imaging Services team consists of X-ray, CT, MRI, General Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, and Interventional Radiology. As a member of the Union Health Imaging team, you will play an integral role by assuring that services are provided within professional standards and organizational policies to assist patients who lean on the Imaging Services team for answers.

Clerk Front Desk Imaging Scheduler Details

Essential Job Duties:

Adheres to standards, policies, statutes, regulations, ordering guides, protocols, processes, and established guidelines consistently.

Demonstrates continuous knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, anatomy, radiology examinations, and medical terminology.

Prioritizes patient privacy, confidentiality, and advocates for diverse patient needs while delivering unbiased, quality care.

Collaborates effectively within the healthcare team, maintains a positive and respectful demeanor, and handles tasks with flexibility and accountability.

Position Details:

Schedule: Full-time, day shift, with required flexibility as needed. Standard shift start times between 6a and 9a.

Weekends: Every fourth weekend; flexibility required based on departmental needs.

Holidays: No routine holiday rotation; subject to change.

Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience reception/administrative assistant/or similar role, knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.

License/Certification:

High School Graduate
