This Position reports to:Senior Manager, Business Operations Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team to execute purchasing and logistics strategies that support the business by optimizing costs, quality, and reliability of suppliers and supplied products. Each day, you will ensure execution in accordance with company and Procurement team instructions and procedures. You will also showcase your expertise by implementing effective sourcing strategies in line with business strategy to ensure that suppliers have the capability and capacity to meet current and future business requirements. The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the Motion Service Division in New Berlin, WI. You will be mainly accountable for: Implement effective sourcing strategies in line with business strategy and the global division\'s sourcing guidelines to ensure that suppliers have the capability and capacity to meet current and future business requirements. Monitor and report on operational performance (KPIs) and process improvement projects Implement SCM strategies that support our material availability targets and ensure on-time delivery to our customers Build alignment between our supply chain operations and our project management office to ensure material availability at project site Lead improvement of data analytics capabilities and system development for the SCM operations Facilitate the sharing of best practices, lead the continuous improvement of existing processes, and foster a data-driven culture Guide, motivate and develop direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies and Company Procurement guidelines (knowledge management, functional training, etc.).
