Description We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Westlake Village, California. This role is ideal for someone who pays close attention to detail and excels in customer service, organizational tasks, and design support. As an integral part of the team, you will contribute to smooth daily operations and ensure brand consistency across various projects.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolving issues and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Identify and implement opportunities to improve internal processes and boost team efficiency.

Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs proactively and with a solutions-driven mindset.

Create basic print-ready materials and digital designs using tools like Adobe Illustrator and Canva.

Ensure all design assets and printed materials align with established branding guidelines.

Manage print production tasks, including preparing files, formatting, and working with external vendors.

Stay updated on design trends and software advancements to enhance visual output and workflows.

Handle general administrative duties, such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and data entry.

Maintain accurate records and documents to support day-to-day operations. Requirements - At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or support role.

Strong customer service skills, including handling inbound and outbound calls effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and efficiently.

Experience with scheduling and appointment management.

Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Canva.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfort with data entry and maintaining accurate documentation. TalentMatch®
