Our client, a leader in the industry, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an essential part of the support staff, assisting with various operational tasks within the department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive in this dynamic environment.

Job Title: A dministrative Assistant

Location: Bedford Park, IL

Pay: $23.30

Shift: 8am-5pm

What's the Job?

Support general business operations through administrative activities

Utilize business software applications such as word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet tools

Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and document management

Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary materials

Maintain organized records and ensure smooth daily operations

What's Needed?

Ability to work under direct supervision

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Proficiency with common business software applications

Effective communication skills

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
