Customer Service Representative

TEKsystems is currently supporting a client hiring customer service representatives. This role will be supporting the call center with sales campaigns and provide primary outreach and support to their customers. Applicants with prior call center experience, banking/financial/mortgage experience, or sales experience are encouraged to apply.

Description:

Handles customer service inquiries and problems.

Making outbound calls through dialer on specific mortgage campaigns

Receiving inbound calls, identifying what are the customer's needs and then route them to the appropriate department.

Update customer information through data base

Qualifications:

1-2+ years of outbound customer service or call center experience required

Outbound dialing experience is highly preferred (ability to handle rejection).

Able to handle a fast paced environment and able to multi-task.

Additional Details:

Schedule: Monday-Friday, occasional Saturday 1x/month as business need dictates

Varying schedules from 8am-11pm EST, flexibility is preferred

Fully remote with equipment provided

Long term contract with opportunity for conversion

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
