We are seeking a(an) Executive Administrative Assistant for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Job Summary and Qualifications

Manage executives' calendars, answer phones, and act as a gate-keeper to administrative office. Schedule meetings and events, make all arrangements including assembling packets of information, attending meetings and taking minutes, coordinating catering, confirming A/V, etc. Make domestic travel arrangements, file expense reports using Concur, log employee time in Kronos, and prepare miscellaneous check requests for vendors and physicians. Work collaboratively with other executive assistants to complete projects and provide backup coverage. Interacts with administrative staff, outside agencies, vendors, physicians, corporate/division staff, as well as departments within the facility. Often the point person for department requests for information, supplies, and scheduling conference rooms. Must be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently, and prioritize job responsibilities to ensure that work flow is smooth for office efficiency.

What qualifications you will need:

Some college or technical training preferred.

· Two to three years office experience
