Accounts Payable Specialist - Weekly Pay

Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Management: Receive, review, code, and enter vendor invoices into accounting software, matching them with purchase orders (POs).

Payment Processing: Prepare and execute timely payments (checks, wires, ACH) and manage payment schedules.

Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, short payments, or overpayments.

Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.

Record Keeping: Maintain organized files for invoices, POs, and approvals, ensuring compliance.

Reconciliation: Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end closing procedures.

Reporting: Provide documentation for internal and external audits.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
