Eco-Products, Boulder, CO seeks Regional Sales Managers - Taking a client's product requirement and mapping to appropriate and fit-for-purpose compostable solution. Sourcing and pricing bespoke products to meet client's requirements for the US business. Making recommendations to prospects and clients on the various packaging solutions the company offers to their sustainability issues. Project managing RFPs to include quoting business tenders that require extensive knowledge of Eco-Products' products, production capabilities and manufacturing contacts. Sourcing suitable compostable solutions for the bespoke products using thorough compostable material, manufacturing capabilities and production knowledge, as well as well-formed relationships with our industry contacts. Responsibility for all operational decision making and commercial considerations such as client pricing strategies and marketing strategy for specific opportunities and development and implementation of pricing and bid strategies for global markets and supporting rebate structure negotiations for major clients. Coordinating strategic goals for two brand strategy including pipeline outlined in the OSP. Overseeing all aspects of account management, including order fulfillment, credit account status, training, and demonstration of product, etc. working with NetSuite ERP system. Development and implementation of direct container purchase program for high volume clients to include advising both customers and staff members on our capabilities and quoting these products according to the correct terms and conditions requires an in-depth understanding of manufacturing capabilities and print processes, as well as strong relationships within the industry. Working with clients to fulfil bespoke packaging needs taking into account end application, material options, production process and understanding of Eco-Products' capabilities. Exercising full authority over negotiations with customers, vendors and outside professional service providers including working with national account go-to market and rebate strategies in the US via distribution partners. Supporting, demonstrating, and promoting the philosophy and company mission of Eco-Products. Coordinating waste diversion operators and strategic efforts around waste diversion with the PZW team and work with compost systems and compostable materials, manufacturing processes and 3rd party product certifications. Training local employees on Eco-Products' products, services, processes and waste management strategies. Conducting customer or training seminars as required on products and services including waste management. Providing help and direction to less experienced team members to support both their effective working and their development. Planning and participating in distributor meetings geared towards training and education as well as developing and presenting market appropriate pitches and commercial strategies. Will travel 15% US to meet with current and/or potential distributors and end users.

Requires two (2) yrs. experience in Job Offered or related. Experience must have included Development and implementation of pricing and bid strategies for global markets; Sourcing and pricing bespoke foodservice products to meet client and company requirements through knowledge of compostable material and manufacturing capabilities; Development and implementation of direct container purchase program for high volume clients; Working with national account go-to market and rebate strategies in the US via distribution partners; Working with compost systems and compostable materials, manufacturing processes and 3^rd^ party product certifications; Project managing RFPs; Developing and presenting market appropriate pitches and commercial strategies; Supporting rebate structure negotiations for major clients; and Working with NetSuite ERP system. $118,706/yr. 5 day, 40 hr/wk.
