YOU ARE:As a Technology Consulting Leader for Capital Market Platforms, you will oversee large, complex technology programs in the Capital Markets space, managing multi-disciplinary and multi-location teams while ensuring high-quality delivery, client satisfaction, and profitability. This role combines program management, client account leadership, and business development, with deep expertise in leading Capital Market platforms.
THE WORK:
Manage your work independently and develop large teams of consultants including senior managers in multi-location
Act as Client account Platforms Manager for various clients
Act as delivery lead for complex programs including consulting, system integration and managed services @type of work
Originate sales and manage opportunities
Manage relationships with senior stakeholders at Platform vendors
Manage one/multiple leading Capital Market Platforms within the Sell Side or Buy side spaces (Murex, Calypso, Simcorp, Blackrock,...)
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 75% depending on business need and client requirements.
HERE IS WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Minimum 12 years' experience in the Capital Markets Platforms technology domain
Minimum of 3 years' of experience in managing one/multiple leading Capital Market Platforms within the Sell Side or Buy side spaces (Murex, Calypso, Simcorp, Blackrock,...)
Minimum of 3 years' of experience as a Client account Platforms Manager for various clients
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent OR equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Experience acting as a delivery lead for complex programs including consulting, system integration and managed services @type of work
Experience in originating sales and managing opportunities
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage independently and develop large teams of consultants including senior managers in multi-location
Ability to Manage relationships with senior stakeholders at Platform vendors
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
