Jumpstart Your Career - Entry-Level Machine Operator (Pharma Manufacturing)

Location: Fort Washington, PA

Pay Rate: $19.52/hr

Shift: 12-hour shifts, 2-2-3 schedule (6:15pm - 6:45am)

What You'll Do:

Learn to operate and monitor high-tech manufacturing equipment-full training provided!

Support production by helping set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machines.

Work closely with experienced team members in maintenance, quality assurance, and engineering.

Keep accurate records, perform quality checks, and learn maintenance basics.

Be part of a supportive team where everyone works together.

Participate in ongoing training and mentorship so you can advance at your own pace.

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED

0-2 years of experience in any job (no manufacturing experience needed-we train you!)

Willingness to learn, follow safety rules, and be reliable on your shift

Team mindset - your positive attitude matters as much as your skills

Basic computer skills are a plus
