Job Description

**Please note - this position requires candidate to be on site in our Boston office. We are located right across the street from the Prudential Building - very easily accessible via public transportation

About the Role:**

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting leaders to achieve their best work? Join our team as an Office Adminstrator, where you'll play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly and enabling our executives to focus on strategic priorities. This is more than an administrative role-it's an opportunity to make an impact by driving efficiency and collaboration across the organization.

What You'll Do:

Serve as a trusted partner to executives and managers, handling complex administrative tasks with precision.

Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare insightful reports and recommendations.

Coordinate activities between departments and external partners to ensure seamless communication.

Manage non-routine projects independently and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in administrative or executive support roles.

Knowledge of operational procedures and tools.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Technical education or equivalent experience preferred.
