Siemens Financial Services - Commercial Finance is seeking a tech-savvy Digital Underwriting Analyst to join our Risk Management team. This position blends traditional credit risk expertise with cutting-edge analytics and automation. You will leverage digital tools, data-driven insights, and automation technologies to enhance underwriting processes, improve efficiency, and support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities / What You'll Do:

Analyzeand evaluate financial, operational, and market data to support underwritingdecisions, primarily in small ticket market transactions

Utilizedigital platforms and AI-driven tools to automate risk assessment and streamlineworkflows

Developand maintain underwriting models, dashboards, and reporting tools.

Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to optimize digital workflows and ensure compliancewith regulatory standards

Identifytrends, anomalies, and emerging risks through data-driven insights

Drivecontinuous improvement initiatives and contribute to digital transformationprojects

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor'sdegree in finance, risk management, or related field

3+years of experience in underwriting, risk analysis, or financial services

Stronganalytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and statistical tools

Familiaritywith underwriting platforms and automation technologies

Excellentcommunication and problem-solving skills

Knowledgeof regulatory requirements and compliance standards in underwriting

Preferred Skills

Experiencewith machine learning models for risk prediction

Understandingof API integrations and digital workflow optimization

Abilityto work in agile environments and adapt to evolving technologies
