Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join our team. This is an in person on site role and occasional customer facing time will be schedule for operational understanding and promotion creative ideals. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the digital marketing efforts of three businesses, encompassing outbound marketing strategies, SEO, email marketing, website management, social media management, and collateral graphic design. As the primary point of contact for all digital marketing initiatives, you will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, expanding online presence, and increasing customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for three businesses to drive brand visibility and generate leads.

Conduct keyword research and implement effective SEO techniques to optimize website content and improve organic search rankings.

Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, including newsletter creation, segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.

Manage and maintain all three business websites, ensuring user-friendly navigation, relevant content updates, and optimal website performance.

Oversee and execute social media management across various platforms, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, engagement, and community management.

Collaborate with internal teams to gather marketing assets and design visually appealing collateral materials, including graphics, banners, infographics, and other promotional materials.

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry developments to continuously optimize strategies and enhance performance.

Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

Marketing Degree, communications, or a related field equivalent practical experience will also be considered in lieu of education.

Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and website management.

Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.

Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, email marketing software, and social media management tools.

Proficient in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, to create visually appealing marketing materials.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies.

A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in digital marketing and social media.
