What You'll Do

Assist with electrical assembly and installation tasks.

Help with conduit installation and wire pulling.

Support construction and wiring activities.

Read and follow blueprints while working closely with experienced electricians.

A strong willingness to learn and work with your hands.

Good mechanical aptitude and dexterity.

Reliable attendance and a solid work ethic.

(Bonus) Any prior electrical knowledge is a plus!

Work Environment

Pre-fabrication shop (heated, no A/C).

Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts + 1 x 8-hour shift.

PPE required: steel-toed boots (bring your own), hard hat, safety vest, and glasses (we provide these during orientation).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ruther Glen, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
