Our client, a leading organization in the biopharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Biopharm Manufacturing Assoc to join their team. As a Biopharm Manufacturing Assoc, you will be part of the manufacturing operations supporting cell culture and purification processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Biopharm Manufacturing Assoc

Location: Rockville, MD

Pay Range: $17-$20/hr

Duration: 12 months (potential to extend/convert)

What's the Job?

Prepare, clean, sterilize, batch, pasteurize, or filter media and solutions for cell culture and purification operations.

Set up, operate, clean, and break down process equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing workflows.

Perform sampling procedures on analytical instruments to analyze cell culture, solutions, and product concentrations.

Operate filter integrity devices to verify filter performance before and after use.

Monitor process operations, equipment, and instruments to identify and escalate potential issues proactively.

What's Needed?

Basic understanding of media preparation, sterilization, and filtration processes.

Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), protocols, and batch records accurately.

Familiarity with equipment setup, operation, cleaning, and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of safety policies and procedures, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
