Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting our client security team with a focus on customer-facing responsibilities and providing administrative support for a busy CVP. The position requires a professional who can manage complex schedules, coordinate travel, and handle various administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management, including external business partners.

Manage schedules and coordinate travel arrangements.

Process business expenses and coordinate meetings and events.

Oversee department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations.

Procure goods and services, including computer equipment, office supplies, and reference materials.

Provide general office support and serve as the department/group contact.

Complete special projects as assigned.

Essential Skills

3-4+ years of experience in complex Outlook calendar management.

Strong written and oral communication skills for both internal and external customer interactions.

Experience with travel coordination, expense management, and taking on special projects.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in customer service and maintaining a fast-paced and changing environment.

Prior budgeting experience is helpful.

Ability to thrive in a large and demanding office environment.

Work Environment

The role is primarily onsite, with four days a week required on campus. The office is a large, fast-paced setting, offering a great opportunity to partner closely with a growing admin team and gain additional administrative skills and experience. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, with a 40-hour workweek and potential for 5 hours of overtime, subject to approval. The supplier is expected to provide necessary equipment, including a laptop, headset, and mouse.

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
