The Role

Represents organizational unit on administrative matters. Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures. Performs as a generalist a combination of administrative tasks in such functional areas as finance, human resources, purchasing, research and development. May prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as required.

Must Have

0 years with Bachelor's Degree in related field or 8 years with HS.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of industry practices and standards. Demonstrates the skill and ability to perform professional tasks. Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Experience with Microsoft suite. Working knowledge of planning yard processes, good customer interface, good verbal and written communication skills. Multi-tasking, customer service, and detail-oriented.

Experience with Microsoft suite.

Diagnostic and Prescriptive data analysis and reporting.

Access, Excel, and OneNote proficient.

Practical experience with Power BI and Share Point.
