Summary You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE of NAVSEA HQ FIELD SUPPORT. Responsibilities You will serve as resident expert and manager for the Onboarding and Meet the Fleet Program. You will provide policy guidance and interpretation to the staff within your program areas. You will execute and look to improve the Onboarding Program and communicate outcomes to leadership and stakeholders. You will design and conduct studies and analyses of Human Resources Programs. You will prepare and present briefings to provide status updates, identify potential problem areas and present findings, recommendations and results of studies, analyses and specials projects. You will provide authoritative interpretation and instructions on laws, regulations, policies and procedures. You will identify duties, knowledge/skills/abilities, evaluation factors and supporting narratives, and accompanying data field. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate three years of general experience equivalent to the next lower grade level/pay band NH-01 (GS-04) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing problems, plan and organize work and communicate effectively orally and in writing for Human resource Management.
