Summary:

The Wire Analyst works closely with other internal business units, external clients, and with Information Technology Business Systems Managers to ensure a highly available and highly responsive systems environment. The Wire Analyst provides first and second level support such as assistance and problem resolution with access application issues, file access, password lockouts and resets, file restorations from backup, security issues, permissions, application support, e-mail issues, network connectivity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Identifies potential weaknesses in systems, operating procedures, and financial measurements; reports issues to management; makes recommendations for issue resolution and assists in implementation to ensure successful completion.

Develops, analyzes, monitors, and reports on department key performance indicators to management; makes recommendations for systems and or process changes as needed.

Completes, passes, and maintains an up-to-date status for all positional and company-required compliance and regulatory courses by assigned due date(s).

Performs all other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and be knowledgeable of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. Additionally, the qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required in this position:

Bachelor (4-year college) degree and 1-2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

The candidate must be capable and willing to learn applications specific to the financial industry and other applications proprietary to wire processing

In addition, success in client-level problem resolution and working with clients is required

The successful candidate will be a strong team player and will possess excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel

An attitude of commitment to customer service is required

The candidate must demonstrate the capability of working well under pressure as well as the ability to organize and prioritize tasks

Hours:

Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
