Job DescriptionOur client, a non profit with a goal of advancing women in the workplace, is looking for a freelance HubSpot Specialist to join their team for about 25 hours / week starting as soon as identified.As the HubSpot Specialist, you will be owning the marketing-side CRM ecosystem, ensuring every lead is captured cleanly in HubSpot, enriched accurately, synced reliably to Salesforce, and routed seamlessly with zero friction. The HubSpot Specialist has deep, hands on expertise in marketing automation, data architecture, lead scoring, and lifecycle logic.The HubSpot Specialist will be responsible for: - owning and optimizing HubSpot Marketing Hub end-to-end, including workflows, scoring models, lifecycle stages, lists, forms, landing pages, CTAs, conversion paths, and campaign setup- building and maintaining automations for lead capture, enrichment, segmentation, nurturing, and handoff to Sales- managing HubSpot data architecture, including custom properties and objects, naming conventions, data hygiene rules, and governance- supporting campaign execution across emails and assets, ensuring accurate attribution, UTM tracking, and reporting visibility- documenting system logic and workflows clearly and communicating changes effectively to stakeholder- monitoring and maintaining the HubSpot to Salesforce integration to ensure consistent, reliable data flow- managing marketing-side field mapping and collaborating with Sales Ops on schema updates and required fields- diagnosing and resolving sync errors, lifecycle mismatches, and routing issues as needed- understanding Salesforce lead, contact, account, and opportunity structures, validation rules, routing logic, and sync behavior well enough to trace end-to-end lead flow- ensuring that all lead sources route correctly through forms, landing pages, APIs, integrations, enrichment tools, and third-party platforms- optimizing lead routing logic in partnership with Sales Ops and Product to improve speed-to-lead and accuracy- building dynamic segmentation to support ABM, webinars, content, paid media, and targeted campaigns- maintaining a consistent MQL framework, including definitions, scoring, and lifecycle alignment with Sales - ensuring dashboards and reports provide insight into funnel conversion, campaign performance, lead velocity, and MQL/SQL health- translating marketing requirements into scalable, maintainable HubSpot and CRM solutions without over-engineeringREQUIREMENTS: - 2+ years of hands-on experience in HubSpot administration or marketing automation- advanced knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub workflows, scoring, lifecycle stages, properties, forms, and campaigns- working knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including objects, required fields, validation rules, lead routing, and sync behavior- experience managing HubSpot to Salesforce integrations at scale- strong understanding of B2B lead generation and full-funnel marketing workflows- highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a focus on data hygiene, enrichment, segmentation, and QA- efficient with time and able to prioritize high-impact work in a fast-paced environment- highly collaborative and comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams- excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain data flows, automations, and system logicIt would be nice if you had: - HubSpot certifications (Admin, Operations, Marketing Hub)- experience with enrichment tools (e.g., Classy), webinar platforms (e.g., Cvent), or ad platform integrations- experience with APIs or iPaaS tools such as Workato, Tray, or ZapierIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, di
