Summary This position is part of the Export-Import Bank of the US - OIG. The incumbent will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, and coordination in all assigned functional key areas of the OIG including Budget and Financial management, Organizational Planning Records Management, Policy Development, Procurement, Information Technology and Data Analytics and Special Projects. Responsibilities Conducts continuing position management oversight to achieve full utilization of available staffing and other resources in both on-board and projected positions. Oversees the formulation, justification, presentation and execution of a complex budget to carry out the OIG's program and activities. Ensures compliance with National Archives and Records Administration requirements and assists the staff in all matters related to records management. Provides recommendations to the IG regarding long-term human capital planning and development of training programs to achieve organizational objectives and address executive branch initiatives such as the President's Management Agenda. Coordinates development of OIG administrative policy and procedures in accordance with EXIM Bank policy and EXIM-OIG program/organizational needs and directs the preparation of the information materials to keep employees informed of changes. Qualifying experience includes executive-level leadership experience demonstrating proficiency in at least three (3) of the following five (5) functional areas: financial management and budget; human capital management; information technology; space and facilities management; and/or procurement. Specialized Experience must have been obtained at or above the GS-15 level in the Federal service or its equivalent in the private sector, state or local government, or nongovernmental organizations.
