As an unarmed patrol officer at a prominent food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting access control. This position requires driving responsibilities. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the food and beverage production location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.

Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access within the facility.

Communicate promptly and clearly with Allied Universal management and client representatives regarding any security-related matters.

Support emergency response protocols and assist first responders as required at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

A guard card or license is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
