Department Overview The Maintenance Department is responsible for the care and upkeep of the electrical, plumbing, heating, air-flow, as well as other mechanical systems at Children's of Minnesota. Position Summary Maintains all yard work, lawn mowing, trimming, trash pickup, underground sprinkler system, and snow removal. Maintains ramps, sweeps and trash pickups. Small engine repairs. Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record. Knowledge to run small equipment, lawn mower, snow blower, small sweeper and trimming equipment. When determining individual pay rates, we carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, internal equity and organizational needs. In addition to your salary, this position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits. Positions that require night, weekend or on-call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay.
