As a Patrol Unarmed professional with Allied Universal, you will actively monitor and patrol retail distribution locations, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols and provide exceptional customer service through strong communication. This is a driving post, so you will use your valid driver's license while supporting a secure environment. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor for unusual activity and report any incidents or concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with emergency response activities as needed, following Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and observations during shifts.

Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and/or vendors to provide assistance and information as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
