As a Patrol Officer in a retail location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine vehicle patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the area. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. You will also provide outstanding customer service, support a welcoming environment, and communicate clearly with guests and staff, reflecting Allied Universal's values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and support a secure environment.

Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with access control, monitoring entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry.

Support loss prevention efforts by maintaining a visible presence and reporting potential issues.

Collaborate with retail staff and management to address security-related matters and promote a welcoming environment for customers.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
