Sanmina Turtle Lake, Wisconsin is a full-service plastic injection
molding, electronics integration and design service facility. They have
50 injection molding machines and expertise with engineering-grade
resins. Sanmina Turtle Lake has long standing business partnerships with
both tool designers and manufacturers. Molding Set Up Technician -
Turtle Lake, WI 11p - 7a Job Purpose: Set Up plastic injection molding
machines and related auxiliary equipment as specified by Engineering.
Trouble shoot process related problems as needed. Support the
supervision of production associates. Nature of Duties: Operate hoist to
set and remove tooling from injection molding machines Set up molding
machines and equipment to predetermined specifications to produce needed
parts. Organize all needed equipment into an ergonomic workstation
Process injection molding machines to meet quality standards
Troubleshoot machines using scientific molding practices Basic computer
skills needed. Clean and organize department as needed Work in other
departments as needed Other work as directed Education and Experience:
Prefer previous injection molding machine knowledge and skills. Some
Technical School training. Prior Sanmina experience and systems
