Production Operator Multiple Openings

Dependable Production Operators needed for multiple openings on the 2nd Shift! Apply today and call Career Connection Network at 716-630-7008! Position Details: Long term temporary to possible hire openings; 1st shift: 5:00AM - 1:30PM, $16.50/hr.; 2nd shift: 1:00PM - 9:30PM, $16.50 + .50 shift differential; Training provided; Any experience with fast food, retail, or restaurant work is a plus; Must have reliable transportation as work site is not on a bus route. The Production Operators will ensure the smooth running of the production line by: Operating various @types of machinery and equipment used in the production process (i.e. production lines, conveyor belts, forklifts, or other specialized equipment.) Ensuring product quality by conducting inspections during and after the manufacturing process. Monitor the production process, identify any abnormalities or malfunctions, and take appropriate action to resolve them. Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, safety guidelines, quality standards, and production schedules in order to meet production targets and deadlines. Keep production areas clean, organized, and free from safety hazards. Work collaboratively with supervisors, coworkers, and other departments to ensure a smooth production flow. Follow safety protocols, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and report any safety concerns or incidents to supervisors; maintain training on operating equipment safely and handling hazardous materials. Maintain production logs, records, or reports. Other duties assigned by management. Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food or confectionery industry. Knowledge of Safety Practices and understanding proper handling of equipment, chemicals, and personal protective equipment (PPE) is crucial. Must be capable of standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and performing repetitive tasks with a high level of dexterity. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Must have good communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment. Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities. * Adaptable and willing to adjust to changing circumstances is important in this role.
