Job Overview

MWA is actively seeking motivated individuals for manufacturing roles ranging from entry-level to experienced. Whether you're just starting out or bringing years of expertise, we have a place for you. This is a hands-on opportunity to be part of a team that values precision, quality, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Install roller coverings

Perform trimming and sandblasting

Participate in wet spray painting (as needed)

Read and interpret mechanical drawings

Use tape measures and basic hand tools

Operate machinery and follow safety protocols

Skills Needed

Basic mechanical aptitude

Ability to read a tape measure accurately

Understanding of mechanical drawings

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Willingness to learn and take direction

Knowledge Required

General understanding of manufacturing processes (preferred but not required)

Familiarity with industrial equipment and safety practices

Knowledge of material handling components is a plus

Ability to Implement

Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures

Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Adapt to changing tasks and priorities

Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality

Uphold quality and safety standards
