Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Independence, Ohio. This position will provide critical support to multiple team members, with opportunities for growth into a more senior role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and proficiency in essential software tools.

Responsibilities:

Assist a team of four by managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Prepare and edit reports, letters, and other written communications with precision.

Collaborate with various departments to provide support as needed.

Coordinate updates for memberships, including sending letters to families regarding changes.

Conduct audits and reviews of correspondence to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Handle contractual language and documentation; a background in paralegal work is a plus.

Utilize Adobe software extensively for document creation and editing.

Support the National President in an expanded capacity as the role evolves.

Explore AI tools and integrate them into administrative processes to improve efficiency. Requirements - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.

Strong skills in data entry and invoice processing.

Experience in administrative assistance and correspondence preparation.

Ability to review and understand contractual language.

Familiarity with Adobe tools and their applications.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong written communication skills for drafting reports and letters.

Adaptability to new technologies, including AI tools.
