This position will serve as CIB Structured Finance Program Analyst within Energy & Power.
In this role you will:
Participate in the structuring and execution of highly customized financing transactions (including project and/or acquisition financing) in the Energy & Power sector as an active member of a deal execution team
Assist with technical due diligence, financial modeling, and credit analysis for new loan originations
Partner with members of the client team to complete periodic reviews, risk monitoring and internal reporting timely and accurately for clients in the portfolio
Assist the client or deal team in the preparation of materials to be used for client proposals
Learn the bank's credit policies and procedures, as well as internal tools and systems; assist with satisfying regulatory and compliance requirements for deal closings
Build knowledge about industry trends, key risks and main participants, as well as about the financing solutions available to the team's clients
Contribute to ad-hoc projects and presentations including maintaining and populating databases as directed by senior team members

Required Qualifications:
6+ months of Structured Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Registration for FINRA Series 63 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire.

Registration for Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire.
This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire. Successful candidates must also meet and comply with ongoing regulatory obligations, which include periodic screening and mandatory reporting of certain incidents.

Additional Compensation Details:
Base Pay: $110,000-135,000
May be considered for an annual discretionary bonus
