We're seeking an experienced and inspiringDirector of Nursing (DON)to lead our nursing team, champion quality care, and create an environment where both residents and staff thrive.

What You'll Do:

Provide strategic leadership for all nursing services

Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory standards

Mentor and develop nursing staff to achieve excellence

Collaborate with physicians, residents, and families to promote positive outcomes

Manage staffing, budgeting, and departmental operations

What We're Looking For:

Active RN License in PA (BSN preferred)

Five years of l eadership experience in along-term care/senior living/CCRC/SNFis requir

In-depth knowledge of clinical regulations and compliance

A compassionate leader with a passion for senior care
