Description We are looking for an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team in Fresno, California. This Contract to permanent position is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, who is detail-oriented and capable of managing financial data efficiently. Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.

Manage invoice processing, ensuring timely and correct payments to vendors.

Perform routine data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date financial records.

Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting purposes.

Reconcile account discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly.

Prepare and maintain financial documentation for audits and reviews.

Communicate with vendors and clients to address payment inquiries.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Support the accounting team with additional administrative tasks as needed. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, specifically in accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.

Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.

Familiarity with invoice processing and financial documentation.

Ability to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Strong communication skills for interacting with vendors and colleagues.
