As an Electrical Project Manager, on our Regional Services Project East team, stationed at Noblesville Generating Station, you will lead projects that ensure our generating stations continue to operate safely, efficiently, and sustainably. Responsibilities
Plan and execute projects using PMI (Project Management Institute) project management standards, ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, and quality.
Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Construction, Supply Chain, and Operations to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Lead the scope development, design, construction, and commissioning of electrical systems and components within generating facilities.
Manage project budgets and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
Review electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
Track progress, manage risks, and communicate updates clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across all project phases.
Basic Qualifications
Associate's degree with 2 years related work experience
High School/GED and 5 years related work experience, in lieu of associate's degree and work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or Construction Management.
Prior experience in utility, power generation, or industrial project management.
Working knowledge of electrical systems and components used in power generation environments.
Knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations (NEC, local codes).
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
PMP certification or equivalent PMI-based training preferred.
Proficient with project scheduling, cost control, and forecasting tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Work Envioment
On-site position at our Noblesville Generating Station, where you will Collaborate closely with engineers, field teams, and operations staff.
