Administrative Project Coordinator

The Administrative Project Coordinator provides project support within the department. This role manages a variety of projects that span across the organization.

Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM; Monday - Friday

Location: Charlotte, NC

Department: Corporate Internal Consulting Group

What You'll Do:

Project management and support which includes the collection, management and distribution of project information.

Provide admistrative support to VP level leadership: calendar management, document creation, and etc.

Drive task management and follow-up to ensure projects are current and deadlines are met.

Collaborating with project leads/team members to ensure they are updated on any potential issues or risks in a timely manner.

Obtains, consolidates and maintains project materials, reports. Coordinates meetings to keep projects assigned on schedule.

Coordinates tasks assigned to meet project needs.

This role will manage various and multiple projects that span across the organization and/or division.

What We're Looking For

Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Bachelor's degree or minimum five years of administrative experience in lieu of bachelor's degree.

Experience:

Minimum of five years of project coordinator experience, required.

Minimum of five years of administrative or senior administrative experience, required.

Healthcare Experience, preferred.

Licensure/Certification: CEAP (Certified Executive Assistant Professional), preferred.

Additional Skills (required):

Some knowledge or exposure of project management practices.

Good communication skills (written & verbal) both internally to the project team and to executives.

Good relationship management skills that include good listening and consultative abilities, as well as the ability to establish credible relationships with business partners to drive change.

Ability to use Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio.

Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed for project assignments.

Additional Skills (preferred): Prior experience managing parts of a project or small sized projects.
