Are you the kind of person who loves greeting people with a smile and keeping things organized behind the scenes? We're looking for an energetic Administrative Coordinator to be the welcoming face of the office and provide essential support for our client's team during the busy tax season.

What You'll Do

Be the first impression: Greet visitors warmly, answer phones, and direct inquiries to the right person.

Manage the front desk: Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins with professionalism and friendliness.

Coordinate schedules: Assist with meeting arrangements, calendar management, and conference room bookings.

Keep things running smoothly: Organize documents, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records.

Support the team: Help with data entry, expense tracking, and special projects as needed.

Assist with office logistics: Order supplies, manage mail, and ensure the workspace is welcoming and organized.
