As a Security Officer - Industrial Gate Driver in Omaha, NE , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a manufacturing and industrial location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing outstanding customer service. Your visible presence and strong communication skills will contribute to a secure environment for all. This is a driving post that requires a valid driver's license, offering a dynamic opportunity to be part of a caring and reliable team that values integrity and innovation.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the manufacturing and industrial location.

Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment for personnel and visitors.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns.

Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities as required by Allied Universal and site management.

Support emergency response activities as appropriate, including assisting with evacuations or other procedures when necessary.

Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors to provide assistance and information as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
