Crafted Highlights:

In the role of Software Engineer - Commercial, you'll be based in Milwaukee, WI, and will be a part of the Commercial Technology team reporting to the Sr. Mgr Software Engineering. You'll partner closely with the commercial product team, solution architects, and engineers to design and deliver scalable, high-impact solutions that support MCBC's commercial strategy.

What You'll Be Brewing:

· Take ownership over data validations, new capability testing, and issue identification/resolution /elimination across our consumer data ecosystem by triaging issues and providing solutions that ultimately improve the team's ability to deliver a best-in-class consumer data management practice

· Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills, capabilities and align them with business perspectives, and the reasons that support "the why"

· Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, Product Managers to understand technical needs and deliver effective end-to-end technical solutions

· Design, develop and configure Commercial solutions leveraging SaaS software, using native features, scripting and coding languages, and integration technologies

· Lead troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to features and integrations.

· Work with other engineers to ensure their work meets standards and requirements, including work completed by outsourced partners.

· Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in software, configurations, and software engineering for the sales and marketing arena

· Write or ensure creation of comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for all technical design, configurations, integrations, and code changes.

· Showcase your professionalism by offering a unique blend of communication, work ethic, and a team first mentality that will elevate technical development and support for the benefit of our stakeholders

Key Ingredients:

· You have a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering OR equivalent experience

· You have 3+ year's experience in software design, development and testing including deploying and supporting solutions to meet business and/or technical requirements

· You have experience working with agile development methodologies and tools.

· You have experience working with DevOps practices and tools.

· You are familiar with cloud and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms for Sales and Marketing applications such as CRM, Pricing and Promotion Management, Direct-to-Consumer data and marketing, eCommerce, and Content Management.

· You have a customer-centric mindset focused on creating value and driving growth

· You can complete complex projects quickly and have a solid understanding of business priorities

· You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome

· You can communicate technical terms to non-technical audiences effectively

· You are highly accountable for delivering results, acting with integrity, and honoring commitments

· Thirst for learning and continuous improvement

Pay and Benefits:

At Molson Coors, we're committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings : $94,000.00 -$123,400.00 (posting salary range) + 10 % target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).

The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
