As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol Specialist in Bristol, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents. Your presence and attention to detail will contribute to a secure environment for employees and visitors. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication, reflecting Allied Universal's commitment to teamwork, integrity, and a people-first culture.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

Observe and report any unusual activity, hazardous conditions, or maintenance needs within the assigned area.

Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.

Document incidents and daily activities according to Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.

Collaborate with site personnel and local authorities as needed to address security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 years of security experience.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
