Description

The Administrative Assistant II plays a crucial role in delivering essential administrative support to the operations team, thereby facilitating the successful execution of projects. This position encompasses a range of responsibilities, including organizing project documentation, scheduling meetings, and maintaining communication between project teams and stakeholders. Additionally, the Operations Administrative Assistant II is tasked with tracking project progress, ensuring accurate documentation, and aiding with meeting preparations, data entry, and other general administrative functions.

Requirements

Job Skills & Qualities Required:

· Excellent communication and data management skills.

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Solid experience with CRM or operating software.

· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate technical information to internal and external customers or vendors.

· Ability to work well with diverse colleagues with varied personalities and work styles.

· Maintain client privacy and personal professionalism at all times.

Educational/Experience Requirements:

· Associate's or Bachelor's degree.

· Three years of administrative or customer service experience required.

· Technical knowledge of the telecommunications industry a plus.
