Summer 2026 Internship Program - Quality Intern, Taste Texture & Health

Location: Anaheim, CA

We are currently looking for a Quality Intern at our Anaheim, CA office.

The 2026 dsm-firmenich Summer Internship Program will run from June 1, 2026 to August 14, 2026.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Your key responsibilities

Assist in cleaning validation studies

Allergen risk assessment and monitoring

Data analysis and documentation

Continuous improvement support

You Bring

Currently working on completion of a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or related field

Must be available to work full-time on-site beginning on June 1, 2026 to August 14, 2026.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow

The hourly rate for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 per hour. Compensation will be dependent on factors that include location, education, training, specific skills, and years of experience.

At the end of this internship, you will:

Have a solid understanding of cleaning validation principles and allergen management practices within a manufacturing environment. You will gain hands-on experience in executing validation protocols, analyzing test data, and maintaining compliance documentation, while developing an appreciation for food safety and continuous improvement in quality systems.
