DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This position is accountable to the Office Services Bureau Director (BOS Director) and entails the execution of special projects along with conducting work analyses for the division as requested by both the BOS Director and the Executive Deputy Secretary (EDS) for Administration and Management. In this capacity, you will supervise three managers who are tasked with distinct responsibilities: the Architectural Designer 2, who focuses on office planning and design; the Administrative Officer 3, who manages leases, facilities, and radio communications; and the Administrative Officer 1, who oversees vehicles and equipment. Additionally, this role includes the responsibility of serving as the agency's parking officer, which involves managing the agency's parking program to ensure efficient use of resources and compliance with relevant policies.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment
Work hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 3 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Salary:Selected candidates who are new to employment with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $77,379.00 (before taxes).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
One year as an Administrative Officer 3 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
Six years of experience in progressively responsible and varied office management or staff work, including experience in personnel management, budgeting, or procurement; and such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four-year college or university; or
Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
