Job Summary

Summary: Event Set-up person is responsible preparing Concession spaces for all event functions in a timely, friendly and efficient manner in Levy's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Understand the scope of event and know how to complete a set-up/tear down.

Set location in assigned area correctly and uniformly.

Assist in setting up/breaking down other venues.

Complete assigned tasks

Hours: Flexible; scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs.

Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.

Flexible and long hours sometimes required.

Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
